CMS89F61x series MCU is Cmsemicon's independent 8-bit RISC core MCU, working voltage 2.5V~5.5V, providing 2Kx14 Flash ROM, 32x14 Pro EE, 144x8 RAM, ADC, PWM, comparator, LCD dedicated driver, buzzer output, and at the same time up to 16 touch buttons and a variety of packages are provided to improve the design flexibility of the product.
