CMS8S5880 is an enhanced Flash MCU with 1T 8051 core, working voltage 2.1V-4.5V, main frequency up to 24MHz, I/O up to 18, ADC, PWM, 2 UART, 1 SPI, 1 I2C, sleep state The lower quiescent current is less than 6uA, and it can work from -40°C to 105°C. Packages such as TSSOP20/QFN20 are available.
