Main frequency is 48MHz, voltage is 2.5V to 4.4V, supply 64KB Flash Memory,1K Data Flash ,4K XRAM, Built-in 24-bit high precision Sigma-Delta ADC, supports 2 differential input with selectable gains of 1 、2 、4 、8 、16 、32 、64 、128 、256. Output rate selectable: 5Hz~2.56KHz; Effective resolution up to 20.6 bits, with internal short switch and system chopper switch, integrated temperature sensor, two differential input channels. Built-in multi-channel 12-bit SAR ADC, support hardware LCD driver, and up to 4COM x 33SEG、5COM x 32SEG 、6COM x 31SEG. Support hardware LED driver and up to 4COM x 26SEG、5COM x 25SEG 、6COM x 24SEG.
