    SC8F6790 is a Cmsemicon FLASH chip, Flash 4Kx16Bit, RAM336B, built-in RC oscillator 8MHz/16MHz, working voltage 2.1V-5.5V, GPIO up to 18, built-in touch button function, built-in WDT, LVD, BUZ, high-precision 12-bit ADC, 2 channels operational amplifier, built-in LCD driver module, built-in USART, IIC, SPI, and provide 5 channels of PWM.
