CMS80F253x series MCUs are enhanced 1T 8051 Flash MCUs, which support 48MHz peripheral operation at the fastest, 24MHz core operation, working voltage 2.1V-5.5V, up to 30 GPIOs, built-in LED driver module, and 6 channels with dead zone control complementary PWM output, up to 30 channels of 12-bit ADC, 2 UARTs, UART1 can be arbitrarily mapped to I/O ports, 1 SPI, 1 I2C, industrial standard design.
