CMS32H3201 is a high-precision measurement SoC launched by Cmsemicon based on the high-performance and ultra-low-power Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core; the main frequency is up to 64MHz; the working voltage is 1.8V to 5.5V; it provides 256K Flash Memory, 2.5K Data Flash, and 32KB SRAM; Built-in 24-bit SigmaDelta ADC, support 1 differential input, gain options 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, multiple output rates are available: 2.5Hz~2.56KHz; the effective resolution is the highest Up to 19.2 bits, with in-band short switch and system chopper switch, integrated temperature sensor; built-in high-precision 12-bit ADC rate up to 1.42Msps; integrated programmable PGA, comparator, QSPI, USB, I2S, with multiple IIC UART SPI interface; LCDB BUS (support 8080, 6800 interface), built-in enhanced DMA; hardware divider; industrial standard design, can work at -40℃ to 105℃; provide LQFP64 package.
