SC8F577x is a Cmsemicon MTP chip, Flash 4Kx16Bit, RAM 256B, EEPROM 128B, built-in RC oscillator 8MHz/16MHz, working voltage 1.8V-4.5V, GPIO up to 19, built-in WDT, LVD, high-precision 12-bit ADC, provides 5 channels of PWM, built-in touch buttons, UART, I2C, SPI, PGA and comparator.
