    SC8F279X is a Cmsemicon FLASH chip, Flash 4Kx14Bit, RAM256B, built-in RC oscillator 8MHz/16MHz, working voltage 2.5V-5.5V, GPIO up to 14, built-in WDT, LVD, high-precision 12-bit ADC, operational amplifier, provide 5 channels of PWM.

    > Built-in 2K x 14Bit FLASH, 128B general RAM

    > Support internal oscillation 8MHz/16MHz

    > Up to 14 A general-purpose GPIO

    > 2 timer interrupts, RB port level change interrupt

    > 2 8-bit timers

    > 5 PWMs

    -support 2 complementary PWM outputs

    -80mA high current drive can be enabled

    -5 PWM independent duty ratios

    > Support 2 operational amplifiers

    > High-precision 12-bit ADC (optional internal reference source, built-in high-precision reference voltage)

    > Built-in WDT function

    > Built-in low-voltage detection circuit

    > 8-level stack buffer
