CMS8W552x is an enhanced RISC core 2.4G SoC, working voltage 1.8V~3.6V, providing 4KB ROM, 256B general RAM, 128B E2PROM, 5 PWM outputs; 9/16 channels 12-bit high-precision ADC; 1 UART; 1 channel I2C; 1 SPI; integrated 2.4G radio frequency transceiver, maximum support 1Mbps transmission rate, receiving sensitivity up to -95dBm, maximum transmission power up to 8dB; available in SOP16, QFN32 packages.
