    CMS8H5101L is a high-precision measurement SoC launched by Cmsemicon based on the MCS-51 core; the main frequency is up to 48MHz; the operating voltage is 2.5V to 4.4V; it provides 64K Flash Memory, 1K Data Flash, 4K SRAM; up to 40 GPIOs; built-in 22-bit SigmaDelta ADC, support 1 differential input, PGA magnification can be 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, output rate can be 10Hz, 40Hz, 640Hz; effective resolution up to 18.5 bits, In-band short switch and system chopper switch, integrated temperature sensor; built-in LCD driver, support up to 6 COM*32SEG; built-in LED driver, support up to 6 COM*24SEG; built-in 1.2V reference voltage, which can power high-precision sensors; Built-in 17 channels 12-bit ADC, reference voltage can be selected VDD, 3V, 2.4V, 2V, 1.2V; built-in 2-channel high-performance operational amplifier, 2-channel analog comparator; communication interface provides 4 UART, 1 SPI, 1 I2C; supports 4 timers and a wake-up timer; built-in multiplication and division operation unit, up to 32bit; industrial-grade standard design, can work at -40℃ to 105℃; provide LQFP48 package.
