CMS8M35xx series MCU is an economical motor control chip based on 8051 core launched by Cmsemicon. The main frequency is up to 48MHz; the working voltage is 2.1V to 5.5V; it provides 16KB Flash Memory, 1.25KB SRAM, 1KB Data flash; up to 22 GPIO; 6-channel enhanced PWM can output complementary PWM with adjustable dead zone; built-in sampling 12-bit low-speed ADC with a rate of 100Ksps; built-in 2-channel high-performance operational amplifier, 2-channel analog comparator, 1-channel programmable gain amplifier with adjustable gain; 5 16-bit general-purpose timers; communication interface provides 2 UARTs , 1 SPI, 1 I2C; industrial standard design, can work at -40℃ to 105℃; SSOP24, QFN32, LQFP32 and QFN40 packages are available.
