    SC8P171xD is a Cmsemicon OTP ADC type chip that supports C. It supports an internal RC oscillation of 8MHz, a working voltage of 2.1V-5.5V, a maximum of 14 GPIO, built-in LVD module, WDT, LCD, PWM module, high-precision 12-bit ADC and 8-bit timer with built-in high-precision 1.2V reference voltage. Industrial standard design, can work at -40℃ to 85℃, and provide SOP8, SOP14, SOP16 packages.
