SC8F3892 is a Cmsemicon MTP EMC enhanced touch chip. It supports internal RC oscillator 8MHz/16MHz and external high-speed crystal oscillator 8MHz, working voltage 1.8V-5.5V, GPIO up to 14, built-in LVD module and EEPROM module, 2 operational amplifiers, Provides 5-channel PWM, which can be set as two complementary PWM outputs with dead-zone control and a high-precision 12-bit ADC, with a built-in touch detection module. Industrial standard design, can work at -20℃ to 75℃, and provide SOP16 package.
